FULJAR SODA - How to make fuljar soda at home-Kerala's new trending drink

- Take a little piece of ginger, peel it and clean it.
- Take 3-4 green chillies and clean it.
- Take some cleaned mint leaves.
- Take little basil seeds and soak it in a cup or water.
- Take a lemon and clean it.
- Salt for taste.
Preparation of fuljar soda.
Grind the item No. 1 to 4 well in a Grinder or Mixer. Make a paste out of it.Cut the lemon into two and take one part for one full jar soda.
After making the paste-
- Squeeze the one part of lemon into the shot glass.
- Put salt to taste.
- Put one or one and a half tablespoon of the mix in it.
- Pour little water to fill the shot glass.
- Take the big glass and pour club soda into the glass filling ¾ of the glass.
- Hand over both the shot and big glass to the customer.

- As it froths, customer should be quick enough to drink it in one go.
