How to prepare processed tamarind at home?
Clean raw tamarind by braking outer cover and separate tamarind while removing the seed and fiber roots in it.
Mix this cleaned tamarind with sufficient boiled water and salt.
After a while, make pieces or rounds of the already mixed tamarind and pack it in small quantity or even in bigger quantity, as you wish.
Pack it well with transparent sheets and stick a label on it with weight and rate details.
Only you need a weighing machine ( it costs around Rs.4000.00) and a Plastic Ceiling machine ( it costs around Rs.2500.00) for it.
The space need is even a corner of your kitchen or elsewhere.
