HOMEMADE SIMPLE CHOCOLATE WITH ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS | CAN BE MADE FOR SALES PURPOSES TOO
Aah! We all are fond of chocolate brands. It's yummy and delicious too. So, we are purchasing it from Bakeries, Super Markets etc only because that we don't know the technique to make it at home. Right? Now you haven't had to purchase any chocolate brands when you are out, because you already filled your bags with homemade chocolate brands.
Today, we are going to reveal the secret of making chocolates at your home, with no pain and strain. For that, we need only 4 ingredients.
3/4 glass of Cocoa powder
1 cup of powdered sugar or icing sugar
1/3 cup of milk powder
and
3/4 cup of virgin coconut oil / Cocoa butter/vegetable shortening
The first thing is Cocoa Powder. Don't worry about it. It can be procured from your nearest Bakery or Super Market and it costs around Rs.50.00 for a 50gm packet.
The second thing is powdered sugar. No matter. Use your mixie to powder the crystallized sugar very nicely and check it.
The third ingredient is Milk powder. You can procure any brand for it from Super Markets or local grocery shops, which is freely available anywhere in India right now.
The fourth one is virgin coconut oil. Packed coconut oil availed in markets can be used instead. In any case, if you are not easy with the smell of coconut oil, you can change it for butter or vegetable shortenings. Just wait for a little bit time, your own homemade chocolate brand is now going to be ready.
