Ente Gramam Project by Khadi Village Industries Programme | Get 25 to 40 percent subsidy on small business projects in Kerala. Kerala Khaadi & Village Industries providing 25 PERCENT TO 40 PERCENT SUBSIDY ON KHAADI AND VILLAGE INDUSTRIES LOAN FOR SMALL BUSINESSES IN KERALA, under the banner of 'ente gramam' for small business ideas. Since the year 2012-13 the scheme is renamed as “ENTE GRAMAM” and the Project cost Ceiling enhanced up to Rs. 5.00 Lakhs.
Who can avail of these small business loans and subsidy?
Individuals
Cooperative Societies
Charitable Societies
If you go for small business loans under 'ente gramam' scheme, you can avail a maximum amount of Rs.5,00,000/-, in which you have to provide one employment on each Rs.1,00,000/-
The application form is available at your nearest Kerala Khadi & Village Office, free of cost. You may have to return the forms, duly filled and along with the supporting documents. A project report of your business is not necessary. If the office approves your project they will avail bank loans from 90% to 95% from respected banks. If you are in a general category, you have to contribute% to the total project cost, your own. If you are in other SC/SC Category, you just have to contribute only 5% of the total project cost.

We have applied for Ente Gramam MSME loan of 5 Lakhs at Kannur at Kerala Khaadi & Village Industries. The officers were very cooperative and supported for filling the application.
